WebDAV:
WebDAV element contains the settings that configure Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) for Internet Information Services (IIS) 7. WebDAV is an Internet-based open standard that enables editing Web sites over HTTP and HTTPS connections. WebDAV yields several advantages over the File Transfer Protocol (FTP), the most notable advantages are more security options and the ability to use a single TCP port for all communication.
No features available in windows server 2008 32 bit server. So we have to download the WebDAV manually and install on the server as like below screenshot
Click Run
Click Install
Now open Internet information services (IIS) Manager
Navigate to Default web site --> WebDAV Authoring Rules
Click Add Authoring Rule
Click Enable WebDAV
Click test settings
Click Connect as
Click Set
Enter admin username and password
Click Ok
Click Test settings
You wont get the warning message now
Change settings as like below
Click Enable
