Can't Create target file: The File exits (80/00000050) - ThinApp Error

We have faced the above error when we installed captured MSI.

In MSI log file you can see this error:

CustomAction SysProc returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

Solution:

Check directory of the msi installation whether any folder is available in the name of our package. if any folder is there . Delete the folder manually and install the application again.

Create shortcut in different name for start menu and desktop(don't use same name).
