Share Files & Folders Between Your Host Machine and Virtual Box
Open my computer in VM machine
Run the Vboxwindowsadditions x86 or x64 depends on your operating system
Click Next
Click Finish and reboot VM machine
After log in to the machine go to Devices-->Shared Folders
Click Add icon
Choose the folder which is shared on the host machine
Click Make permanent
Click Ok
Go to Map Network drive on the VM machine
Browse and select the same folder
Click Finish
Now folder is shared between host machine and virtual box
