Kill the below applications from task manager before installing the application.

COMMUNICATOR
POWERPNT
OUTLOOK.exe
INFOPATH
EXCEL
MSACCESS
VISIO

Main setup installation command line:

setup.exe/adminfile "<path>\MS Visio2010OCT.MSP" /config "<path>\Visio.WW\config.xml"

SP2 Installation Command line:

visiosp2010-kb2687468-fullfile-x86-en-us.exe /quiet /norestart


Uninstall Command line:

setup.exe /uninstall visio/config"<path>\uninstall_config.xml
